Nakashibetsu, Japan

From the town of Nakashibetsu in the Hokkaido prefecture. Stamps on the left are from a set of 1964 Olympic Games stamps that were issued in 1963. The 1964 Olympics held in Tokyo during October of that year were the first games to be held in Asia. And on the right is a 1993 Year of the Rooster lottery stamp. I don't know about the one in the middle. It's not giving me a lot of clues.
