Fa'a'ā, French Polynesia

From the philatelic bureau in Fa'a'ā on the French Polynesian island of Tahiti. French Polynesia is an Overseas Country of France consisting of 121 islands that are home to more than 275000 people. I'm not sure what the exact difference is between an overseas country and an overseas territory but it seems to imply a higher level of autonomy.

The stamps from 2022 are plants endemic to French Polynesia. On the left is "Pacifigeron rapensis" and on the right "Erythrina tahitensis".
