Perseverance landed on Mars on 18 February 2021. The postmark even has a little image of the robotic helicopter Ingenuity in the upper right corner which completed its second successful flight yesterday.
It's time limited. US pictorial postmarks are published in the USPS bulletin (comes out bi-weekly on Thursdays). You have 30 days to make a request. FD postmarks are published in the bulletin also.
