This came to me from the town of Amilly in the Loiret District of France. It has the "Founding of Quebec City" stamp on it that was a joint issue between France and Canada in 2008. It was the last stamp in the series of five issues that included this and another joint issue with France and a joint issue with the United States.

National Mathematics Day FDC, India
This FDC from Bubaneswar, India is for a stamp commemorating India's National Mathematics Day. This stamp was to be issued in 2010 but it was postponed. However, I understand that several sheets found there way into collectors hands. India post finally decided to go ahead and issue the stamp on 22 December 2012 to commemorate the birthday of Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. His birthday is also National Mathematics day in India. Also interesting to note that India Post issued a different Srinivasa Ramanujan stamp on 26 December 2011.

Bir Mourad Raïs, Algeria
There were a few "50th anniversary" stamps issued by Algerie Post in 2012, being that 2012 was the 50th anniversary of Algeria's independence. On this cover are stamps commemorating the 50th anniversary of Algerian stamps and the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Russia and Algeria. Also a stamp issued 12 January 2013 to commemorate the Maghreb New Year.
