The mailing addreses I used for postmasters at AAT bases is:
Postmaster Macquarie Island Station Australian Antarctic Division 203 Channel Highway KINGSTON TAS 7050
For the other bases, just substitute "Macquarie Island" with the base name: Casey, Davis or Mawson.

Shipping to the bases, in most cases, does not start until October. Some bases as late as January. After sometime in March/April, no mail is sent to or from the bases until October. Shipping and flight schedules are here: http://www.aad.gov.au/default.asp?casid=5434
